Each of Oak + Fennel Farms unique Wedding Packages include a 1 hour tour/consultation.
Keep in mind that couples must coordinate their own:
- Wedding Planner
- Photographer/Videographer
- DJ/Music
- Caterer
- Bartenders
- Decorating

A seated ceremony we can fit 350.
A seated banquet we can fit 200-225 depending what accomendations are needed.

No we will only host one wedding per day.

The music must conclude by 9:45pm to ensure that all guests are off the property by 10:00pm. Vendors are allowed to clean up until 12:00am.

No we do not have chairs and tables but we work with some amazing vendors who can provide these.

We do not have a place to stay on sight but we do have awesome connections close by! One being an airbnb 2 minutes down the road. Please reach out for more information.

We accept any form of payment that is convenient for our couples.

Yes. When the contract is signed, to continue holding the date, we require a non-refundable Initial Security Deposit. Depending on the event and agreed upon pricing the deposit will usually be half of the total payment.

To reserve a date, email us at oakandfennel@gmail.com saying you are ready to book XYZ date if it is still available. We suggest you email us stating you are ready to book your preferred date. Prior to booking a date, we hope you are able to come out in person to visit the farm. You can request a tour on our tour request page.

Yes! Couples are required to purchase their own alcohol. We do require a professional bartender to tend to the bar.

80-100 cars will fit comfortably! Although we always encourage safe transportation such as Uber or Lyft!

Yes, there will be a bridal and grooms suite inside our venue. The couple and vendors have access to the property and venue the day of the scheduled date starting at 9:30am unless otherwise agreed upon.

The Ferns is 5,000sq ft with 3200 sq ft being the banquet hall. We also have an attached 1600sq ft covered patio to add extra room that is perfect for cocktail hour.

Yes! We have built a 24×16 building just for catering that includes a commercial refrigerator, ice machine, and warming boxes.
